This policy outlines how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are processed, along with the terms and conditions of our Refund Protection Service.
1. Refund Protection Service – Flexibility for Your Travel Plans
Our Refund Protection Service allows you to make eligible changes or cancellations to your booking without incurring airline penalties. You may cancel or modify your flight itinerary at any time, for any reason, up to one (1) minute before the scheduled departure of the first leg of your journey.
- For Fly Jinnah, Air Arabia, and Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
- For international flights, changes or cancellations must also be made at least 24 hours before departure.
- Once the "Cancel Deadline" has passed, airline fare rules apply and you may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Service Purchase Conditions
- The Refund Protection Service must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
- It must be applied to all passengers on the booking.
- It is non-transferable and valid only for the original booking.
- The service fee is non-refundable, except for involuntary cancellations (e.g., airline issues).
3. Cancellation & Modification Guidelines
- For eligible domestic flights, changes or cancellations can be made up to 1 minute before departure.
- For Fly Jinnah, Air Arabia, and international routes, you must cancel or modify at least 24 hours in advance.
- Only one free modification or cancellation per booking is allowed under Refund Protection.
- For round trips, you may cancel one segment or the entire itinerary—but only once.
4. What’s Not Covered?
The Refund Protection Service does not apply in the following cases:
- Government-issued emergencies, travel bans, or safety alerts.
- In such events, airline or service provider rules will determine refund eligibility.
5. General Restrictions
- Service is per booking and covers all passengers within it.
- Cancellations or changes must be initiated by the primary traveler or booking agent.
- Refund Protection cannot be transferred to a different booking or future reservation.
6. Important Clarification – Not an Insurance Policy
Refund Protection is not an insurance product. It only allows for cancellations or changes without airline penalties. For medical emergencies, travel delays, etc., we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
